The primary goal of CIP is to create value by sharing investment ideas between CIP and its partners on the one hand, and with its investment partners on the other. Indeed CIP’s success is largely due to this distinguishing characteristic.

What characterizes the CIP business model is the ‘concentration’ in one single body of the roles of originator, investor and manager which are present in all stages of the investment process:

  1. Investment Search: targeting and origination of investment opportunities and the sharing of these amongst stakeholders.
  2. Support in structuring, execution and management: outstanding managerial know-how, focused on both stable and mid/ long-term results.
  3. Incentives: the creation of value for its management is perfectly aligned to its investor partnerships and focused on reaching satisfactory returns for both.
