Continental Investment Partners SA (CIP) was established in September 2013 and has been an affiliated OAD FCT (Organismo di Autodisciplina dei Fiduciari del Canton Ticino) since May 23rd, 2014.

CIP grew out of the common need of its members to create an investment hub, a common platform able to aggregate private capital and create returns through investment in financial products which are flexible, shared and specialized.

In this context CIP acts as advisor, managing investment opportunities for both its members as well as its investor partners.

CIP is focused essentially on 3 investment areas:

1. Liquidity strategies in regulated financial markets-focused on Corporate and Financials bonds.
2. Private/Public Equity
3. Real Estate
